Creating better goals & a summer challenge!

Hey everyone!

Its gonna be MAY .. haha sorry I had to, if you know the meme, I hope you laughed. Its from Backstreet Boys (yes I am showing my age).

Have you thought about your goals for the next 4 weeks? This is a longer month of 31 days. So you have 4 full weeks you can get in of focus! Maybe break down one long term goal to meet by May 31 into pieces.

For example:

Long term goal: I will lose weight and support my muscle by eating ___ amount of protein each day of the week.

Short term goal with the process:

I will prepare my protein on May 5 and May 8 to reach my protein target of ___ everyday.

By May 16 I will have achieved hitting my protein goal 5 out of 7 days a week.

By May 23 I will have achieved hitting my protein goal 6 out of 7 days a week.

By May 31 I will reach my goal.

Remember we will always have life happenings around us which leads to BARRIERS to our end goal. Use this sheet for guiding through the month.

Summer 2024 challenge!

Stay tuned for more information about some upcoming challenges (8, 12, and 16 week options) to enter in. This will be for all current clients and anyone that wants to jump on board Team BShaeFit on a program.
