Holiday accountability and tips!

Getting back on track this week?

It’s ok if things didn’t go as planned. Don’t just say “I can’t do this anymore”.

Today is a great day to hit the grocery store and get back after your nutrition goals heading into December.

You have the next 5 days to regroup before another weekend ahead. You can pick that momentum back up!

Create a goal to reach by Tuesday & another to reach by Friday.

i.e; I will track my food through Tuesday to start

Head to the grocery store and pick up essentials:

3 sources of protein

3 sources of veggies

2 fruits

2 fats

Create 3 planned meals a day for during the day using the above.

Pull out a calendar or print a weekly or monthly one

Write out the days that you are doing resistance training, days you’re doing cardio, days you are doing a group or outside activity.

Lastly,

Create a vision for yourself. Where do you want to be at the end of December before you head into 2024?

Cultivate that vision!
