Meal ideas to reach your goals

I hope your new year has started off great. Here is a reminder e-mail about how to create balanced meals and snacks!

Not only do balanced meals help with hunger, energy, and blood sugar management - BUT, they also help you with obtaining all of the nutrients you need to reach your goals.

Also remember that you can create your meals pretty simply by picking a protein source, then a fruit and/or veggie, followed by maybe an additional carb source then a fat source!
