Hi all!

I asked a big question the other day on Facebook, what is more difficult- Nutrition or Exercise?

Over 98% of the responses were nutrition.

Many just are not ready for 1 on 1 coaching with weekly check-ins, so I wanted to offer group coaching to those that are just not ready for the 1 on 1 support.

I’m looking for 15 women ages 20-50 who are looking to improve their nutrition and daily habits for a 6 week group coaching program.

Areas of focus will be on:

- Spending less time & money on meal prep

- How to create balanced meals

- Sticking to your goals with social events & travel
